Please note that International customers should use the tracking number with their local postal service once the parcel has left the UK.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM UK KOLOURS?
We kindly ask you place another order and return the original item. This is to ensure the item youd like is in stock, as availability can change quickly.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
You can make a payment either using SagePay (our credit card handling partner) OR Paypal. Please select the desired option when at the checkout stage. We can also accept payment over the telephone, please call
+44 (0)1707 268372.
Please note that should you make a payment with a Paypal e-cheque, orders will not be despatched until the pending payment has cleared. An estimated date will be available in your Paypal payment details and we will email you when your order has been despatched.
I AM A UK CUSTOMER, WILL I PAY ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES OR DUTY ON MY ORDER?
No, you will not pay any customs charges or duty. We are a UK company and ALL our stock is held in the UK and so no charges apply. There are no hidden costs at all and so the cost of your order is the price you will pay.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PRE-ORDER SHOP SECTION?
All the products listed in our Pre-Order shop section can be ordered before the items arrive in stock. Your order will then be despatched as soon as the item/s arrive. An estimated date when we expect the stock to arrive is included in the item description. With Pre-Order items, if you select the Next day shipping option for your order, the items will then be despatched for Next day delivery as soon as they arrive in stock. The 'In Stock' date specified is an estaimte and maybe subject to chance. However, customers will be kept fully up to date on any delays that may occur.
