CAN I VIEW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, log in to your customer account, click the View link in your order history and check the order status and progress sections. This may include the tracking information for your order.  Please note that International customers should use the tracking number with their local postal service once the parcel has left the UK.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

UK Standard – within 3 working days from order
UK Next Day – next working day (if you order by 2pm, Monday to Friday)
Europe – within 2-7 working days from order
Rest of the world - within 14 working days from order

DO UK KOLOURS HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?

Yes, we operate a 14 day returns policy during which time items can be returned for exchange or refund. Our full returns policy is here

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

You can make a payment either using Protx (our credit card handling company) OR PayPal. Please select the desired option when at the checkout stage. We can also take payment over the telephone on

Please note that should you make a payment with a Paypal e-cheque, orders will not be despatched until the pending payment has cleared. An estimated date will be available in your Paypal payment details and we will email you when your order has been despatched.

I AM A UK CUSTOMER, WILL I PAY ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES OR DUTY ON MY ORDER?

No, you will not pay any customs charges or duty. We are a UK company and ALL our stock is held in the UK and so no charges apply. There are no hidden costs at all and so the cost of your order is the price you will pay.

 

 

All the products listed in our Pre-Order shop section can be ordered before the items arrive in stock.  Your order will then be despatched as soon as the item/s arrive.  An estimated date when we expect the stock to arrive is included in the item description.  With Pre-Order items, if you select the Next day shipping option for your order, the items will then be despatched for Next day delivery as soon as they arrive in stock.  The 'In Stock' date specified is an estaimte and maybe subject to chance.  However, customers will be kept fully up to date on any delays that may occur.
